Create Streets worked for the Fortune Green & West Hampstead Neighbourhood Forum to create an indicative master plan for a central publicly-owned site.

The aim was to meet their Neighbourhood Plan’s strategic aims for new development to be ‘of a high quality of design, which complements and enhances the distinct local character and identity of Fortune Green and West Hampstead.’
