A feasibility study for the design and delivery of community led housing and a community centre on an infill site in West Kensington Estate on Lillie Road, London.
Working closely with the West Kensington and Gibbs Green Community Homes (WKGGCH), Create Streets and Francis Terry Associates ran a number of co-design community events to help members visualise their aspirations for the neighbourhood. From this, we were able to draw up plans for 40 homes (26 of which are for affordable rent), a refurbished community centre for young and old and more on-site allotments for gardening.
