Create Communities Accessibility Statement

Create Communities Accessibility Statement

This accessibility statement applies to the Create Communities online platform

This platform is run by Create Streets. We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. For example, that means you should be able to:

  • Zoom in up to 300% without the text spilling off the screen on a computer
  • Navigate most of the platform using speech recognition software
  • Navigate the start-up information box using the keyboard on a computer
  • Navigate the map using a keyboard on a computer
  • Listen to most of the platform using a screen reader
  • Access and use the platform on any smart device
  • We’ve also made the questionnaire text as simple as possible to understand.

AbilityNet.org.uk has advice on making your device easier to use if you have a disability.

Reporting accessibility problems with this website

We’re always looking to improve the accessibility of this platform. If you find any problems not listed on this page or think we’re not meeting accessibility requirements, contact: contact@createstreets.com

Navigation and accessing information

It’s not always possible to change the device orientation from horizontal to vertical without making it more difficult to view the content.

It’s not always possible for users to change text size without some of the content overlapping.

Some of our interactive forms are difficult to navigate using just a keyboard.
