Create Streets worked with the developer on the layout and family of house types for a site of 45 homes east of Exeter. The homes are arranged around a village green with a preserved mature tree, with most parking in small rear courtyards. A pedestrian path connects the site with an existing cycle lane to a nearby science park. The design of homes reflects the local Devon vernacular, with a mix of mostly terraced and semi-detached homes, 50 percent of which will be affordable.
